Aufgaben

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH US

• Processing of offer and tender process in close coordination with department and sales leadership
• Analysis of customer requirements, creation of sustainable FM calculations (e.g. personnel, subcontractors, materials), price and margin control, and development of convincing offers
• Active interface function between technical feasibility, financial evaluation, and customer requirements to develop economically viable solutions
• Support for contract negotiations, re-bids, changes in services, and extensions including recalculation and commercial evaluation
• Closely working with internal specialist departments (e.g. procurement, HR, QHSE, Commercial) as well as ensuring all internal approval, compliance, and documentation processes

Qualifikation

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Proven experience in offer calculation, ideally in facility management, building management or a technical service environment
• Experience in developing high-quality, customer-oriented sales solutions as well as coordinating internal and external stakeholders within the solution and offer process
• Routine in creating convincing offer documents and conducting professional presentations at decision-making level
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills
• Sovereign handling of different stakeholders, including operational employees, suppliers, and sub-contractors as well as our clients
• Achieving goal-oriented and result-oriented work as well as the ability to navigate a dynamic and demanding sales environment
• Independent, structured working style as well as the ability to work successfully both independently and in a team
