- You create candidate profiles (the candidates will be provided by the central office) and present suitable candidates to your won customers
- You organize the entire onboarding process and accompany your employees throughout their entire tenure
- Sustainable development of the Human Resources Services industry in your catchment area
Qualification
- Completed education
- Experience in the temporary staffing industry is absolutely required
- Customer contacts in the region are certainly advantageous
- You are a dynamic, performance-oriented, and very sales-oriented personality
- Car driving license
