Tasks

• Bureaucracy and disposition of employees in customer service
• Active expansion of existing customer relationships and new customer acquisition
• Recruiting and precise placement of commercial specialists and support staff
• Ensuring a smooth daily business operation
• Co-shaping internal processes and bringing in your own ideas
• Economic thinking and acting – also with a view to key figures

Qualification

• Mandatory requirement: Several years of experience in internal personnel services

(e.g. as Personnel Disponent:in, Customer Advisor:in, Recruiter:in, Onsite Manager:in)

• Ideal knowledge in the commercial sector (Helper/Facharbeiter)
• Sales strength, organizational talent and joy in customer contact
• Self-contained, structured working style
• Team spirit, stress tolerance and hands-on mentality
• Education or study? Welcome – but what's decisive is experience and attitude
