In a client assignment, we are looking for a Sales Representative (gn) / Personnel Manager (gn) in the Medical/Care Sector for our partner company's location in Berlin.

This is a direct placement as a long-term fixed employment contract - no project-based or temporary work.

Tasks

• Sustained customer care and active new customer acquisition
• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of labor leasing at the customer companies
• Independent handling of all personnel management
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract negotiation, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper disposition of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• At least 2 years of experience in the personnel services industry (labor leasing) in the Medical/Care Sector
• Pleasure in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and a service-oriented mindset
