We are looking for sales/personnel representatives (gn) on a mandate basis for our internal team at the Solingen location to recruit commercial-technical skilled workers.

The position will be filled indefinitely through direct placement - no temporary work agency.

Tasks

• Sustainable customer care and active new customer acquisition
• Recruitment of new employees for assignments within the framework of temporary work agencies at the customer companies
• Independent processing of all personnel management tasks
• Gaining applicants (gn) through various channels, contract drafting, personal guidance, etc.
• Proper placement of employees (gn) according to the defined customer requirements

Qualification

• A successful completed education
• Mind. 5 years of experience in the personnel services industry (temporary work agency) in the commercial-technical sector - ideally with a vocational training background
• Pleasure in active sales for new customer acquisition
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking
• High level of self-responsibility and pronounced service mentality
