Deine Tätigkeiten

• Responsibility for new customer acquisition and building your own customer network
• Aufbau des neuen Standorts in Ludwigsburg and active participation in its development
• Motivating customers about our services - both on the phone and personally on-site
• Recognizing the needs of new and existing customers and developing suitable solutions
• Creating independent offers and negotiating contracts
• Taking over the organization, planning, and control of sales activities independently
• Sustained customer care for newly acquired customers
• Counseling customers about Select GmbH's services

Dein Profil

• Completed vocational training in a field such as personnel management, business administration, or comparable
• Alternatively, a completed degree in personal management or similar
• Ideal candidate would bring experience in the personnel services industry, particularly in sales
• Safe handling of MS Office, Zvoove knowledge is an advantage (former Landwehr/L1)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, and self-responsible action
• Driver's license for customer visits in the field required
