Location: Landkreis Cham | Cham (Upper Palatinate) · Reporting line: directly to the Management Board · Working style: Trust-based working hours & mobile work · Start: Succession arrangement with guaranteed integration
through previous position holder

Tasks

• Overall leadership for the Immobilien- und VersicherungsZentrum with departments including mortgage financing, real estate brokerage, and insurance.
• Responsibility for achieving revenue and sales targets in the business fields of residential mortgage financing, insurance, real estate brokerage, and cross-selling.
• Further development of cooperation with intermediaries, builders, and sales departments within the Sparkasse.
• Leadership: Leadership, motivation, and further development of a qualified team, as well as fostering a performance- and trust-oriented corporate culture including talent and succession planning.

Qualification

• Must-haves: Several years of experience in mortgage financing and ideally in real estate brokerage and the insurance industry.
• Sales strong: You have proven sales success, preferably as a leader:in of sales units.
• Leadership experience? – not necessarily required. What's decisive is that you've shown effectiveness as a sales specialist and want to grow into leadership.
• Working style: solution-oriented, analytically strong, decision-making secure, steadfast, responsible.
• Degree: Sparkassenbetriebswirt, business studies or comparable qualification.
