On behalf of our partner company in Munich, we are looking for you as soon as possible as a "Sales Controller in the Banking Environment (m/f/d)".

Tasks

• As a Sales Controller in the Banking Environment (m/f/d), you will create data-based reports, customer potential analyses, and forecasts to strengthen the sales strategy.
• You will monitor sales key figures, analyze planned-actual deviations, and support goal achievement.
• You will strategically advise sales management in defining relevant fields of action and support goal planning processes.
• Furthermore, you will continuously provide steering data and KPI analyses to optimize sales success.
• You will be responsible for the technical and content-related support of sales and performance recording systems, including workflow optimization and data integration.

Qualification

• You have completed training as a Bank Clerk (m/f/d), Savings Bank Clerk (m/f/d), further training as a Bank Specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification in controlling/sales.
• You have sound experience in sales controlling, data analysis, and reporting, ideally in the savings bank or banking environment.
• Ideally, you have extensive experience working with databases, BI tools, or ERP systems and have gained experience with sales systems.
• You work analytically, structurally, and results-oriented; your strong communication skills, teamwork, and customer orientation distinguish you.
• Very good German language skills distinguish you.
