Sales Coach (m/w/d) in Full- or Part-Time (at least 50%)

In our coaching team, you will support, together with two colleagues and one colleague, our employees primarily in the private customer sales sector through suitable training and coaching measures. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you have the perspective of expanding the scope of tasks to specialized advisor groups and accompanying executives and their teams in change processes. You bring comprehensive banking sales experience and master various training and coaching methods.

Tasks

• Design and conduct training and coaching measures for the private customer sales sector and apprentices
• Individual accompaniment through coaching and training on site
• Input provider in the development of campaigns and actions and the further development of consulting aids and programs

Depending on your qualifications and experience:

• Accompany special advisor groups and executives
• Design and conduct individual team trainings

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in banking or comparable education
• Multiple years of successful sales experience
• Open-mindedness and joy in dealing with peopleKnowledge of coaching concepts and their practical application/implementation
