Working in our Frankfurt/Oder branch:
As Sales Assistant (m/w/d) in Frankfurt/Oder, you will be part of an engaged team that works together to successfully implement our personnel processes. In your role as Sales Assistant (m/w/d), you will take on various tasks around the administration and organization.
Your tasks: Supporting the disposition team with administrative tasks and efficient personnel processes as Sales Assistant (m/w/d)
Administration and maintenance of employee records, electronic databases, and customer portals
Preparation and processing of employment contracts, contract extensions, and terminations
Maintenance and updating of deployment-related databases and organization of deployment planning
Office organization, creation of access cards, and activity reports
Your profile: Completed commercial training, e.g. in the field of office management or personnel services
Experience in administration, assistance, or backoffice is advantageous
Proficient use of MS Office and digital tools
Organizational skills, self-initiative, and structured work style
Communication strength, team ability, and service orientation
