Tasks

As Sales Assistant, you will support our team in customer service and organizational processes.

Your tasks include:

• Scheduling appointments for data recordings with existing interested parties and clients
• Active customer outreach for coordination and care (no cold calling)
• Careful collection, maintenance, and updating of customer data
• Support in the care of existing customers
• General organizational and administrative tasks
• Collaboration with our advisors for a smooth flow of customer processes

Qualification

You bring:

• Interest in the financial sector
• Pleasure in dealing with people
• Reliable, structured, and self-reliant work style
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
