Job description
We are a service company in the area of cost optimization and client support. Our focus is on supporting private individuals in structured recording of their expenses and identifying savings potential.
Tasks
Your tasks
- Support of our sales team in daily business
- Support and communication with existing and potential customers
- Identification and approach of potential new customers
- Telephone and written contact with interested parties
- Qualification of inquiries and arrangement of appointments
- Maintenance and updating of customer data
- Follow-up of inquiries and open contacts
- Support with offers and administrative sales tasks
- Close cooperation with our sales team
Qualification
Strong communication skills and friendly demeanorPleasure in customer contactInterest in sales and sellingReliable and independent way of workingGood German language skills in speaking and writingInitial experience in sales or customer contact is an advantage, but not strictly required
