We are looking for a

Sales Controller (m/w/d) for the sales department

in 50% home office and 50% on-site.

Tasks

• Preliminary preparation, monitoring, and subsequent review of relevant quality, network, and sales key figures as well as budget monitoring
• Analysis, evaluation, and reporting of group-wide sales activities with subsequent conclusion of possible success factors and measures
• Co-shaping and follow-up of measures and centrally controlled sales activities
• Tight coordination with the sales responsible persons in the individual branches and support for the implementation of central measures
• Assistance in the budget and forecast process for sales
• Preliminary preparation of analyses and presentations for local management and European headquarters
• Further development and establishment of new reports and dashboards for sales
• Opportunity to be responsible for own projects

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in business administration, economics with a focus on controlling or a comparable field of study
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the automotive industry advantageous
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Analytical and systematic working style and team-oriented work style
• Fluent in English; French language skills advantageous
• High stress tolerance and flexibility
• Very good MS-Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with PowerQuery desirable
