Job Description For our client, Adecco is looking for a Representative agricultural vehicles for the West-Flanders region. You will find yourself in an environment where expertise, reliability and personal contact are central. You visit agricultural businesses and companies actively involved in soil excavation to guide them in their choices of modern tractors and related machines. You are responsible for the sale of both new and used machines, always focusing on the benefits of our products and services. Your tasks will include: • Visiting customers to discuss their needs and provide advice on the best solutions; • Presenting and demonstrating our products to potential customers; • Negotiating prices and terms with customers; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with market developments; • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers; • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets. Your profile should include: • A degree in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in the agricultural sector, preferably in the sale of tractors and machines; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly; • A valid driver's license.
