In addition to our webshop, we operate shops in several countries, and our articles are sold through various sales platforms and logistics partners.

Tasks

Main tasks include

• The telephone and written processing of all customer inquiries (e.g. ) and follow-up questions about existing orders
• A deep understanding of our customers' needs, as well as a friendly and customer-oriented working style in every situation
• As the direct point of contact for our customers, you are responsible for an excellent customer experience, finding solutions that meet their needs.

Qualification

What should you bring?

• Ideal would be several years of work experience in a call center or customer service, but also newcomers are welcome!
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Fast comprehension, careful and result-oriented working style
• High performance readiness, stress tolerance, and a strong customer orientation round out your profile
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility, and self-responsibility
