We are looking for an engaged bookkeeper (m/w/d) on a part-time basis (20-30 hours/week) for our client's location in Stuttgart. You bring structure to the finances, and our client offers the right flexibility. Start: immediately!

Tasks

• You are responsible for ensuring seamless and orderly HGB bookkeeping for our corporate group.
• You steer debitoren-, kreditoren- and anlagenbuchhaltung, and support actively in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing accounts.
• The control and recording of travel expense claims is in your hands.
• You bring your own ideas to modernize and streamline our financial processes.
• You maintain a clear overview even during busy periods and deliver pragmatic solutions.

Qualification

• A commercial education or equivalent qualification, along with comprehensive, multi-year experience in finance and accounting.
• Evidence of routine in processing and controlling travel expenses.
• Fast comprehension, pronounced initiative, and a positive attitude towards organizational changes.
• Sophisticated handling of MS-Office applications
