Your Role:
For our building law and spatial development department, we are looking for a technically adept, versatile personality with a flair for structural engineering and shelter construction. On behalf of the municipalities we support, you will independently undertake inspection and control tasks related to protective structures and can also tackle exciting topics in building law.
What Awaits You Here:
Inspection of shelter projects and shelter structural engineering
Reinforcement acceptance of protective structures and final acceptance of completed shelters
Compensation area planning and management of shelter construction
Periodic inspection of shelters
If interested, participation in advising municipal building administrations on building and planning issues (legal examination of building applications and processing of related issues, as well as construction supervision activities)
Education / Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering (University of Applied Sciences/ETH), Structural Engineering, or Civil Engineering, and ideally experience as an inspection engineer or shelter control body
What You Bring:
Technical understanding of structural engineering and shelter issues, as well as an interest in building law topics
Meticulous, inspection-accurate working method, as well as independent and efficient working method
Good written and oral communication skills
Flexibility and teamwork skills
Strong IT affinity and proficient user skills
