Supply Assistant (m/w/d) Central-OP

With a new central clinic, a steadily growing outpatient care structure through our two medical practices and around 1,100 employees, the Sana Kliniken Landkreis Biberach GmbH is the largest healthcare provider in the region. The newly opened Biberacher Zentralklinikum with its attached health campus, which went into operation in September 2021, is a modern, medically broad-based acute hospital with 370 beds, seven operating rooms and extensive diagnostics. Furthermore, it finds itself in a unique location, directly adjacent to the university hospital and the medical faculty of the University of Tübingen, ensuring optimal collaboration and exchange between research, teaching and patient care. The central clinic is characterized by its high-quality medical care, modern equipment and a team-oriented working atmosphere. As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the central operating room (Zentral-OP) and providing assistance to the surgical teams. Your tasks will include preparing the operating rooms, sterilizing instruments and equipment, as well as assisting in the anesthesia department. You will also be involved in the organization and coordination of surgical procedures, including scheduling and planning. In addition, you will support the medical staff with administrative tasks, such as documenting patient data and processing requests. The position requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
