Fresh Produce Assistant Fruit & Vegetables

As a Fresh Produce Assistant, you will work in the fruit & vegetables department. You will become a specialist in this area and can talk about everything related to it. Customers expect product knowledge from you and the best advice. For example, you will learn what parsnips and fennel look like and what the seasonal vegetables are. All this served with a big smile. In addition, you will naturally ensure that your colorful, well-stocked shelves are the calling card of the store. For this role, you must enjoy knowing everything about your products and helping people. You will work in a great team, and you will see that many of your colleagues will also become your friends.

Your schedule is flexible and you plan it in consultation with your manager. Of course, you can also swap a shift with a colleague occasionally if that suits better.

Your salary will be determined based on the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO). If you work 12 hours or less per week, you will receive an all-in hourly wage. If you work 13 hours or more (maximum 40) per week, you will receive an hourly wage based on the CAO and are entitled to vacation or ADV hours. We will gladly explain this to you during a job interview. Also, check the salary calculator on this site!
