In this key position, you will actively shape the IT landscape, drive digitalization projects forward, and lead a motivated team. If you combine strategic thinking, leadership experience, and expertise in Dynamics NAV/Business Central, this position offers the opportunity to optimize processes sustainably and significantly shape the digital future of the company.

Aufgaben

• The operation and continuous optimization of the ERP system (Business Central / NAV) are your responsibility.
• You will develop a forward-looking IT strategy that will be successfully implemented in the company.
• You will ensure the security and stability of infrastructure, networks, and applications with reliability.
• You will lead, promote, and develop the IT team both professionally and personally.
• You will ensure a high level of IT security and comply with relevant standards.
• You will manage IT projects - particularly migrations and digitalization initiatives - comprehensively from planning to implementation.
• You will select, steer, and collaborate with external service providers as part of your responsibilities.
• You will standardize and further develop IT processes, making a significant contribution to efficiency gains.
• You will serve as a competent point of contact for the management team on current IT trends and technological developments.

Qualifikation

• You bring comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems like NAV and Business Central with you.
• You can look back successfully on several years of IT experience - ideally in a leadership position.
• You have extensive expertise in IT infrastructure, IT security, and modern software architecture that sets you apart.
• You master both classical and agile project management routines.
• Your exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented work style make you an convincing leadership personality.
• Experience with software deployment, particularly with Baramundi, is part of your technical profile.
• You are well-versed in backup systems like Veeam.
• You have practical experience in IT cybersecurity, for example, with SentinelOne.
• You bring comprehensive knowledge of database administration, particularly with SQL, to the table.
• In addition, you have experience in network monitoring.
