Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Consultation and support of our private and business clients
• Analysis of individual client needs and development of suitable insurance solutions
• Creation and management of insurance contracts
• Maintenance of existing client relationships and expansion of our client base
• Accompanying clients with questions and in case of claims
• Support in the development of individual pension and insurance concepts
• Gradual assumption of own client responsibility

Qualifications

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as an Insurance Clerk / Insurance Salesperson, Clerk for Insurance and Financial Investments, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial experience in the insurance industry – career starters are explicitly welcome
• Enjoyment of interacting with people and client consultation
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Interest in developing professionally and personally
• A reliable and structured way of working
