Nurse - Sporenpark Care Home

What you will do:

As a nurse, you are an important link in the care for residents. You perform nursing procedures, follow up on residents, and contribute to a safe and warm living environment. Thanks to your expertise and dedication, you contribute daily to quality care. At Sporenpark, you will work closely with colleagues within a multidisciplinary team. You will be in an environment where collaboration, respect, and person-centered care are central, and where residents are truly known.

Your role includes:

• performing nursing procedures according to current guidelines;
• following up on care plans and resident files;
• observing and reporting changes in health and well-being;
• maintaining contact with residents, family, and doctors;
• supporting colleagues within the care team.

Requirements:

You are a dedicated nurse who enjoys taking responsibility and values resident-centered care. With your empathetic attitude, professional knowledge, and collaborative spirit, you contribute to a warm living and living environment for residents.

We also require:

• a diploma in Bachelor of Nursing, HBO5 Nursing, or Basic Nursing;
• a valid nursing visa;
• a good knowledge of Dutch;
• the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• affinity with elderly care.
