Nurse - WZC Anemoon

What will you do:

As a nurse in WZC Anemoon, Puurs, you work in a small-scale home where you truly get to know the residents. You combine nursing actions with closeness and contribute to a homely, safe living environment. Your new tasks:

• you perform nursing actions according to current guidelines;
• you follow up on care plans and resident files and monitor continuity;
• you observe and report changes in health and well-being;
• you are the point of contact for residents, families, and doctors;
• you support care assistants in their daily operations;
• you take on administrative tasks for the purpose of care quality.

Requirements:

As a nurse at WZC Anemoon, you contribute to warm, homely care in a small-scale setting by performing nursing actions, following up on care plans and files, and reporting changes in health and well-being. You are the point of contact for residents, families, and doctors and support care assistants in their daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure closeness, safety, and continuity for 26 residents. Furthermore, the qualities involved, social, and careful are central to your role. You need these because small-scale work requires you to truly know residents and at the same time monitor them accurately. Furthermore, we ask:

• you have a professional bachelor's degree in nursing or HBO5 nursing and a valid license;
• experience in small-scale elderly care is a plus;
• you take on administrative tasks for the purpose of care quality;
• you have a good command of the Dutch language.
