- Performing nursing tasks
- Ensuring the quality of care for psychiatric patients within the department
- Working together in the continuity of daytime care on the department
- Organizing and performing nursing actions within the psychiatry department
- Communicating and closely working with various internal and external stakeholders within the department
- Distributing information and ensuring good communication between different stakeholders
- Participating in multidisciplinary meetings within the department
- Developing personal skills, technical competencies, and know-how through continuous training
- Participating in the implementation of new projects within the department and evaluating the quality of care in the unit
