Nurse Responsible Night (20%) Nurse Day - WZC Dellebron

What you will do:

As a nurse at WZC Dellebron, you get the space to truly get to know residents and follow up on their care pathway. You will have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills, work in a team that puts their shoulders to the wheel together, with respect and commitment. You combine nursing expertise with closeness and help monitor the quality of care and service in the nursing home.

Your daily activities include:

• you perform nursing procedures according to current guidelines;
• Bridge between the Day and Night team
• you follow up on care plans and monitor the continuity of care;
• you observe and report changes in health status;
• You coach and motivate the current team during the night shift;
• you are the point of contact for residents, families, and doctors;
• you support and guide healthcare assistants in daily operations;
• you undertake administrative tasks in the context of care quality.

Requirements:

As a nurse, you contribute to nursing procedures, follow-up of care plans, observation and reporting, and you help monitor the continuity and quality of care. You are a point of contact for residents, families, and doctors, and you support healthcare assistants in daily operations. In addition, the qualities of commitment, teamwork, and meticulousness are central. You need these because you coordinate closely within the team, report changes in a timely manner, and register them correctly.

We also ask for:

• you hold a professional bachelor's degree in nursing or HBO nursing and the corresponding visa;
• You have an affinity with night shifts or are willing to work them, 4 nights per month;
• you are social and have a listening ear;
• you can work independently and also work well in a team;
• You get energy from coaching the team
• you are flexible and stress-resistant;
• you have a good command of the Dutch language.
