Nursing Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and stable care professional who is available 36 hours per week. You feel comfortable working with clients with acquired brain injury (ABI) in combination with severe psychiatric problems. You have patience, can de-escalate well, and know how to provide structure, safety, and proximity. Additionally, you are someone who is both self-sufficient and stands firmly in your own shoes, and is sensitive to changing care needs.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will guide and support clients who face physical limitations as well as cognitive and emotional challenges. Your job responsibilities include:

• Providing daily care and support tailored to individual needs.

• Guiding clients in their recovery and stabilization.

• Observing and signaling changes in behavior or health.

• Creating a safe, predictable living and living environment.

• Working together with colleagues and therapists within a multidisciplinary team.

• Supporting clients in ADL and promoting their independence where possible.

About the location

You will be working at a specialized clinical residential care facility that is fully equipped for clients with ABI and complex psychiatric problems. The location offers a safe and overviews living environment with 24-hour care and treatment options. People who (temporarily) cannot live in a regular home situation or nursing home, due to their intensive care needs, reside here. The environment is professional, multidisciplinary, and focused on stability, structure, and quality of life.

What we offer?

• Salary Conform CAO GGZ from 4494 to 5395 per month based on full-time and an hourly wage from 28.35 to 34.02 inclusive of holiday pay, vacation days, and end-of-year allowance. Salary dependent on your education level and experience.
• We offer a zero-hour contract with the guarantee that you can work between 24 and 36 hours per week.

You have it

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO education in the field of care or well-being.
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly adapt.
• A calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure, which allows you to provide clients with the necessary rest and safety.
• Experience within psychiatry is a plus
