What you will do:

As a nurse, you are responsible for the nursing follow-up of residents and actively contribute to quality, person-centered care. You will work closely with colleagues, doctors, residents, and their families to ensure that each resident receives the right care and support.

Thanks to your expertise and commitment, you monitor the health and well-being of residents. You identify changes, contribute to finding suitable care solutions, and help ensure a safe and pleasant living environment.

Your role includes:

• performing nursing procedures according to current guidelines; following up and evaluating resident care plans;
• observing and reporting changes in health status;
• collaborating with doctors, colleagues, and other involved caregivers;
• supporting and informing residents and their families.

Requirements:

You are a nurse who likes to combine care with human contact. You work accurately, take responsibility, and feel at home in an environment where residents are central. With your empathy, professionalism, and teamwork, you contribute to a warm living environment and quality care.

Furthermore, we ask:

• a diploma in Bachelor of Nursing, HBO5 Nursing, or Basic Nursing;
• a valid visa to practice the profession of nursing;
• a good knowledge of Dutch;
• knowledge of nursing procedures and care files;
• willingness to work in a rotating shift schedule.
