This is how you work

For whom do you work as a psychiatric nurse practitioner? Patients with severe psychiatric disorders and patients with first-episode psychosis treated by the FACT team Ermelo. You provide care from a recovery-oriented perspective. This includes both short-term and long-term care.

From your expertise and personal talents, you shape the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. The most important tasks and responsibilities are familiar territory for you. What makes the role of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at GGz Centraal special is

• as the lead therapist, you conduct diagnostics and, where possible, establish a treatment plan together with the patient.
• you coordinate and execute treatments.
• you perform protocol-based medication treatments, controls, and the associated examinations.

Your new colleagues from the FACT team Ermelo look forward to meeting you. Together with you as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, we treat and support EPA patients in the region using the FACT methodology. The problems are often accompanied by issues in other areas of life such as housing, work, social contacts, and finances. Treatment and guidance take place in the client's own environment. Within the FACT team, you work closely with various healthcare providers and are regularly in contact with the network around the client. We work together with and alongside the VIP (early intervention psychosis) team. As a result, you work at least 8 hours per week for the VIP team.

Your new workplace? The location is at Sparrenlaan 8 in Ermelo. With the A28 motorway just around the corner and the train station on the estate itself, this location is easily accessible.

• a gross monthly salary according to CAO GGZ, FWG 65 (between € 5,294 and € 6,918 based on 36 hours). Calculate your net salary here.
• a contract for 32-36 hours per week for an indefinite period. We work from trust, so you get a permanent contract immediately.
• a holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%.
• 166 leave hours and 35 life phase hours based on 36 hours. This is how we want to contribute to a good work-life balance.
• an annual balance budget of €1,000 pro rata. You can spend this budget on something that makes you happy. Think of a course, extra salary, or leave hours, the choice is yours.
• a personal study budget of €1,800 per year, which you can use for registration and re-registration, among other things. If your employment is less than 24 hours per week and/or you have not yet been employed for a full year, this amount will be pro rata.

What you bring

• a completed education as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
• a corresponding BIG registration.
• affinity with the EPA target group or patients with first-episode psychosis.
• you are in possession of a driver's license and your own car.
