Nursing Advisor In-House

As an Advising Nurse, you are the face of Bosman and the first step in building a strong, sustainable relationship with our clients. Together with your colleagues, you lay the foundation for a personalized approach, so that every client feels heard, understood, and optimally supported in their care. About the job Daily, you are in direct contact with our clients via the phone, where you provide guidance and support to help them navigate their care needs. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise and empathy will enable you to build trust and rapport with your clients, making you an invaluable asset to our team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; - At least 2 years of experience as a nurse; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; - Fluency in Dutch is required, English is an asset.
