Your tasks

• Preparation of packaging materials and work equipment
• Packing of goods according to simple work instructions
• Recording of the packing order in the system
• Support with general warehouse activities

What we offer you

• From September 1, 2026, as a packer, you will receive a collective hourly wage of €15.33 gross.
• You will work in a regulated two-shift model with alternating early and late shifts.
• Suitable employees from our existing team can be qualified on-site for a position as a forklift driver.
• Adecco will cover the costs of the qualification.
• The qualification takes - depending on the scope required - between two days and one month.
• After successful qualification and deployment as a forklift driver, you will receive €16.08 gross per hour from September 1, 2026.
• With appropriate suitability and operational need, there is generally the possibility of later hiring by the customer.
• Surcharges: Overtime from 15%, overwork 25%, Sunday surcharges

Your profile

• German min. A2
• Physically resilient
• Temporally flexible and ready for shift work
• Initial experience in logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement

Your working hours

Early shift

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00–14:00
• Friday: 06:00–13:30
• Saturday: 06:00–12:00, only if required

Late shift

• Monday to Thursday: 14:30–23:00
• Friday: 13:30–21:00

The early and late shifts are worked alternately.

Your development opportunity

After you have started with us as a packer, we will check for further qualification as a forklift driver if you are interested and have the appropriate suitability. The qualification is not an automatic benefit for all employees, but is carried out after an individual suitability assessment and according to operational needs.
