Today OGGI LAVORO S.p.A. – Monza branch, a structured and growing reality in the wood-furniture sector, selects a resource to be inserted as: PAINTER (M/F) The role The resource will be inserted into the production department and will have a key operational role in the finishing phases, contributing to product quality and respecting production timelines. Main activities - Manual and/or spray painting of wooden components - Preparation of surfaces (carteggiatura, stuccatura, pulizia) - Mixing paints and controlling finishes - Quality control of finished products - Ordinary maintenance of equipment - Respect for safety procedures and company standards Requirements - Previous experience in the role of painter in the wood-furniture sector - Good manual skills, precision, and attention to detail - Operational autonomy in managing workloads - Reliability, sense of responsibility, and quality orientation - Ability to work in a team ORARIO E INQUADRAMENTO - Insertion with CCNL Legno Arredamento – Piccola Industria - In-plant and remuneration commensurate with experience - Day shift - Solid, concrete environment oriented towards product quality Workplace: Meda (MB) OGGI LAVORO S.p.A.
