These are your tasks

• Holistic Customer Advice: As the primary point of contact, you will look after a fixed customer base of individual and selected potential customers – in person, by phone, and in the future also digitally.
• Asset Building and Investment: You will advise on asset formation and investment using the entire product range.
• Individual Solution Concepts: You will develop tailored proposals based on the life, asset, and sustainability preferences of your customers.
• Sales Processes: In all your activities, you will consistently implement the defined sales processes according to the Sparkassen-Finanzkonzept.
• Technical Support: With your expertise, you will support your colleagues in the branches with questions regarding the investment business.

This is what we expect from you

• Banking Expertise: A degree as a Bank or Savings Bank Specialist (Bankfachwirt:in) and a current permit for insurance brokerage (IDD) complete your profile.
• Securities Expertise: You have actively advised on securities for at least the past six months and have demonstrably completed corresponding mandatory training.
• Experience in Private Customer Business: You have practical experience in advising private customers, especially in the securities business.
• Sales Competence: You impress with a strong service orientation in securities sales, characterized by a confident demeanor, tact, and negotiation skills.
• Media Literacy: You have a strong interest in using digital media and technical tools, as well as pronounced media consulting skills.
• Language Proficiency: You master the German language (C1) fluently in spoken and written form and impress with clear, professional communication.

This is what you can expect from us

• An annual salary between 55,000 - 76,000 Euros (TVöD-S, max. pay group 9c) including special payments, tailored to your relevant professional experience & qualifications
• 39 working hours per week, flexible working time arrangements, and part-time options
• The possibility of working up to 20% hybrid after onboarding
• 32 days of vacation, plus time off on December 24th and 31st, as well as special vacation days for special occasions
