Your Profile:

• You have completed training as a financial or banking specialist or have equivalent sales-related further training.

• You possess the required reliability and expertise or knowledge in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

• You already practice successful, individualized, and holistic customer advisory services, ideally supported by a structured financial and investment advisory framework.

• You have an interest in financial instruments, as well as in advising and acquiring customers.

• You have the ability to identify customer needs and develop individual investment and financing concepts from them, taking into account income and growth-oriented goals.

• You are proactive, show above-average commitment, and are characterized by strong communication skills and a confident demeanor.

• You are flexible with your working hours, which are adapted to customer needs.

Your Responsibilities:

• You provide high-quality, holistic, and needs-based advice based on a sound financial concept.

• You are independently responsible for managing your assigned customers and developing individual wealth concepts.

• You monitor and analyze the income and asset developments of your assigned customers.

• You develop tailor-made and individual solutions for your customers' financial challenges.

• You are actively involved in acquiring new customers and continuously expand your customer portfolio.
