Intermediary Manager (m/f/d) for External Intermediary Business in Full-Time

Your area of responsibility includes…

• Building, managing, and further developing a high-performing network of intermediaries
• Representing the bank at network, industry, and trade fair events
• Accompanying and supporting intermediaries in structuring individual and also complex financing requests, including the analysis and preliminary review of financing requests
• Ensuring high processing and service quality, as well as compliance with mutual Service Level Agreements
• Close cooperation with the market operations department, credit decision-makers, and specialists
• Achieving defined sales and revenue targets in the intermediary business
• Identifying cross-selling potentials within the Cooperative Financial Network
• Conducting market and competitor observations

You bring…

• Completed vocational training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) and ideally further training as a bank specialist/business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable degree
• Several years of professional experience in private residential property financing
• High digital competence and strong IT affinity
• Very good knowledge of platforms and applications established in the intermediary business, especially Baufinex
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Negotiation skills and closing strength
• Resilience and flexibility
