Leasing Coordinator/Manager (m/w/d) Logistics and Industrial Real Estate

As Vermietungskoordinator/in (m/w/d) Logistik- und Industrieimmobilien at WE ARE PARKMAKERS CTP, you will be responsible for coordinating the leasing process of our business parks. This includes identifying potential tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a smooth transition into the new space. Your key responsibilities will include: • Identifying potential tenants and developing targeted marketing strategies to attract them to our business parks; • Negotiating lease agreements with tenants and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order; • Coordinating the move-in process for new tenants, including arranging for necessary infrastructure and services; • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service to our tenants; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure that leasing goals are met and that the business parks are fully utilized. To succeed in this role, you will need: • A degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field; • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
