Job Description You will be responsible as a sales advisor for the following tasks: - The reception and greeting of customers. - Listening to the customer's needs and advising him in a professional manner to make the right choice from our extensive range. - Following up on the customer from quote to payment and delivery of his order. - Answering customer questions, this face-to-face, by phone or by email. Profile To be our ideal candidate you: - have a commercial education or equivalent experience; - are able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; - have excellent communication skills; - are able to work independently and as part of a team; - are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances; - are able to handle cash transactions accurately.
