Sales Employee Key Holder 24 - 32 hours

Are you someone who dares to take responsibility & enjoys helping customers? Then the role of part-time sales employee key holder at Gamma Den Haag-MegaStores is a great opportunity. You will advise customers on the shop floor, open or close the DIY store independently, and support colleagues where necessary. Experience is welcome, but not required, you will learn a lot on the job.

What will you do as a sales employee key holder?

In this varied role, the focus is on customer orientation & keeping the store running. The tasks include:
• Advising customers on DIY questions and suitable products
• Commercially responding to customer needs
• Opening or closing the store as a key holder
• Managing inventory and processing orders
• Guiding colleagues and being a point of contact on the work floor
• Working in a committed and energetic team

What you bring:

For this role, the following qualities and ambitions are important:
• Proactive work attitude and sense of responsibility, customer orientation and advising
• Interest in building materials or willingness to learn this
• Experience in Retail or aptitude for management is a plus
• In possession of (or willing to obtain) a BHV certificate
• Proficiency in the Dutch language and flexible availability (daytime, evening, weekend)
