As Sales Advisor on the bicycle department, you ensure a warm welcome in the store every day. Your role: You listen well to the customer and help them with suitable sports advice. You take care of a tidy store and well-stocked shelves. You manage the freight process and keep the inventory in order. You help customers quickly and friendly find the right products. You contribute to a positive shopping experience by being approachable, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable about our products. You are flexible and willing to adapt to changing circumstances. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team. You have good communication skills and are able to handle customer complaints in a professional manner. You are available to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
