Welcome to Capi Travel Plaza, our beautiful shop behind customs at Eindhoven Airport. Daily, thousands of travelers cross your path: from vacationers full of anticipation to business travelers with a tight schedule.

What will you do?

Your mission: help every traveler with a smile. Whether it's about the latest gadget, a bottle of premium whiskey or a magazine for on-the-go. You know which products we have in stock and sell them with pleasure.

You effortlessly approach people, feel what they need and give perfect advice. Between conversations, you work with your colleagues in a shop to be proud of: everything in its place, attractively presented and inviting. And at the cash register? You take care of a smooth, friendly handling. So that everyone leaves with a good feeling and boards the plane.

We offer you

• A basic hourly wage: € 14.40 per hour with supplements;
• A irregularity supplement for working in the morning or evening (7.5% over your entire service if you start before 7.00 am or are still at work after 19.00 pm). For working on Sundays, you receive a supplement of 50%. On public holidays, this is 100%. Additionally, you will receive the actual worked hours as vacation time credited to your leave balance;
• A contract between 16 - 40 hours per week, with flexible deployment;
• A travel expense allowance: 23 cents per kilometer (max. 75 km one-way);
• 25 vacation days per year for a full-time contract;
• 8% vacation pay on top of your salary;

• A parking spot at the airport;
• A discount with your airport pass at various shops at the airport;
• If you are hired and know someone who also fits into the team, you will receive a Referral bonus that can reach up to a maximum of € 2,500,- gross for a full-time service agreement.
