Job Description For a renowned optician's shop in the heart of Leuven we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented sales assistant. In this role you are the first point of contact for our customers. You welcome them with a smile and help them choose the perfect frame. You listen to their wishes and give advice on style, shape, and color. You guide the entire sales process and ensure that every customer leaves the store satisfied. When it's quieter in the shop, you take care of administrative tasks such as processing orders, updating records, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are also responsible for opening and closing the store, including counting cash, reconciling the till, and ensuring that all security protocols are followed. In addition to your sales skills, you must be able to work independently, think critically, and be proactive in finding solutions to problems.
