Sales Employee 32 - 40 hours

What will you do as a sales employee?

As a sales employee at Karwei, you are the point of contact for our customers who are looking for stylish solutions for their homes. You don't just help them practically, but you also think along in terms of atmosphere, color, and material. Your tasks include:
• Inspiring customers and providing sales advice on our assortment and applications
• Gaining product knowledge of materials, lighting, paint, flooring, and accessories
• Ensuring a neat and attractive store presentation
• Collaborating with an enthusiastic team that truly puts the customer first
• Thinking about how we can continuously improve the store experience so that customers gladly return

What you bring:

Experience in Retail, housing, or construction is nice, but definitely not a requirement. What we are primarily looking for in someone:
• Helpful to customers and colleagues and a feel for styling and detail
• Interest in sales, having a commercial drive
• Open to learning and curious about our assortment
• You master the Dutch language
• Flexible availability: during the day, in the evening, and/or on weekends (in consultation)
