Sales Advisor

Will you help customers on their way with their new bicycle soon?
In our store in Eindhoven, we are looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor who gets energy from helping and advising customers. Whether someone comes in for an e-bike, a city bike, or a children's bike: you listen to their wishes, think along, and ensure that the customer leaves with the right bicycle and a good feeling.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere in the store and a store presentation that you can be proud of.

What will you do?

As a sales advisor, you are the first point of contact for customers entering our store. You will help them find the bicycle that best suits their wishes and usage. With your advice and enthusiasm, you make the difference in the purchasing process.

Has a customer made their choice? Then you ensure that everything is correct: from the order to thinking along about useful accessories such as bicycle bags, locks, or child seats.

In addition:

• You advise customers on different types of bicycles, such as e-bikes, city bikes, cargo bikes, and children's bikes

• You ensure a tidy and organized store

• You replenish stock and presentation in the store where necessary

• You process orders and administrative tasks associated with the sales process

• You think along with customers on questions, complaints, or service requests

What do we ask of you?

• Proven work experience as a salesperson within retail (preferably in a store environment with advisory sales)

• Available for 40 hours per week

• Willingness to work structurally on Saturdays (evening opening hours are a plus)

• Strong commercial mindset and experience in achieving sales targets

• Customer-oriented communication and ability to conduct advisory conversations that lead to a purchase

• Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Basic digital skills (cash register systems, inventory management, and order processing)

• Presentable appearance and proactive work attitude

Plus points

• Affinity with or interest in the bicycle industry / mobility

• Experience with accessory sales and upselling

• Experience with omnichannel retail (store + online orders)

• Salary € 2,871 to € 3,658 gross (40 hours, depending on experience, CAO)
