Sales Support Specialist (all genders) – In-House Sales

Our customer is the world's leading manufacturer and supplier of locking solutions and security systems, and one of the leading specialists for mechanical and electronic locking systems on the Austrian market. For our location in Vienna, we are looking to strengthen our sales team with a motivated and dynamic employee in technical sales support (m/w/d). Your tasks will include processing offers/orders as well as providing competent advice and support for customers, from initial contact to final sale. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of our product portfolio. In addition, you will work closely with our technical experts to provide comprehensive solutions for our customers' needs. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as your ability to work independently and in a team, are essential for this role. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your workload effectively. A high level of organizational skill is also required. The successful candidate will have a degree in business administration or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office is necessary, as well as the ability to learn new software quickly. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening events or meetings.
