For our customer in Chur, we are looking for an experienced sales agent for Swisscom. Your tasks: - Proactively approaching customers with warmth and cordiality, so that customers, including those waiting, feel welcome and recognized in the shop. - Competent consulting on all products/services to find efficient and uncomplicated solutions, recognize customer needs, and exceed them. - Developing ideas from daily business for optimizing the shop. Check new deliveries regarding quality, quantity, and time. Correct preparation of goods for return to the distribution center. Accept repaired devices and prepare their handover to customers, including information on readiness for pickup. Participate in inventory management. Your profile: - Detail trade professional EFZ/EBA or completed vocational training with sales experience - German in writing and speaking - Enjoyment of customer contact and interest in the chosen industry - Basic knowledge of Office-, Apple-, and Android products - Sympathetic demeanor and communicative skills - Unblemished reputation.
