As the first point of contact for our customers for the NEW ONE brand, you will be responsible for presenting our products and services in a way that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Your tasks will include: • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction • Presenting and promoting our products and services to customers • Building relationships with customers and identifying their needs • Processing transactions and handling customer complaints • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and trends • Participating in training and development programs to improve skills and performance If you have a passion for jewelry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we would be happy to receive your application.
