Your Area of Responsibility – As Diverse As Our Building Materials:

• Relationship Management: You actively manage our existing customer base for ready-mix concrete and bulk materials and secure exciting projects.

• Market Expert: You observe the market in Mainfranken, recognize trends, and position LZR as the first point of contact in construction.

• Calculation & Strategy: You are responsible for pricing, preparing quotes, and successfully concluding contract negotiations.

• Networking: You are present on construction sites and with decision-makers, and you maintain a reliable network in the regional construction industry.

• Negotiation Skills: You are a good negotiator, think entrepreneurially, and are characterized by high commitment and initiative.

• Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you already have experience in the construction industry (concrete/gravel/sand).
