Sales Leader (m/w/d) Direct Sales Berlin/Brandenburg - up to 102k

Who sells well themselves, earns well. Who builds a team that sells well, earns very well – and sleeps well at night. As a Sales Leader in Direct Sales at Stadtritter, you will lead your own team in Berlin and Brandenburg: people find, induct, accompany in the field, and provide numbers.

The sales territory is established, the rental model works at the doorstep, and the team is already in the process of being built. Now it needs someone who can consistently scale. Who can let others sell as well as themselves, earns here up to 102,000 €.

Tasks

• Leadership and further development of a D2D sales team (5-10 people)

• Active field guidance and daily coaching of salespeople

• Recruitment of new team members and structured induction

• Daily morning meetings, training units, and sales management

• Own closures as a role model and quality control in the team

• KPI responsibility and reporting to the Regional Manager

You should bring this

• Several years of verifiable sales success in D2D or direct sales

• Experience with team leadership or strong interest in it (coaching, induction)

• Driver's license Class B

• Unblemished leadership certificate

• Independent, structured work style

No must, but a plus

• Experience at Verisure, Telekom-D2D, Vattenfall or similar companies

• Experience in the security industry or with subscription models

• First formal leadership responsibility
