Your Area of Responsibility:

• You advise our customers with your open, competent, and charming manner, ensuring they feel welcome and well looked after.
• As a Schlossberg brand ambassador, you offer our customers a sustainably inspiring customer experience.
• Thanks to your charisma and passion for our products, you significantly contribute to the company's success.
• You design the visual merchandising at the POS, inspiring our customers to buy our exclusive products.

Your Experience:

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in retail and have several years of experience in high-end specialty retail, preferably in home textiles.
• You have a talent for sales with a strong customer and service orientation, as well as a passion for high-quality products.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and maintain an overview even in hectic moments.
• You have excellent communication skills and master the German and English languages very well; other national languages and/or Russian are an advantage.
