SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR COLOURS AND LACQUER 100% - NORTH-EASTERN SWITZERLAND REGION We are the Swiss subsidiary of one of the leading European manufacturers of colours and lacquers, facade insulation technology and systems for building protection. As part of a new appointment, we are looking for an engaged personality who takes over and develops an existing area. What awaits you: You will personally and competently support our existing customers (painters, plasterers, architects) You will take over a territory with a high level of customer loyalty and develop it further. Your tasks include: • Building relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region • Maintaining and expanding the customer base through targeted marketing measures • Providing expert advice to customers on our products and solutions • Identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns from customers • Collaborating with other departments (e.g. logistics, production) to ensure smooth operations • Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities • Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for sales revenue and customer satisfaction • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
