Sales Advisor 100% (m/f/d) in the Köniz Store

This awaits you

In your versatile role, you will be the face of mobilezone and ensure an all-around convincing shopping experience:

• You will advise our customers on the entire product range of mobilezone: mobile devices, subscriptions, accessories, and other additional services
• You will continuously gather information about new trends and products on the market
• You will support the store manager, for example, with sales promotion measures in the branch and with optimizing the appearance of your sales branch
• You will participate in goods receipt controls, inventories, and cash reconciliations

What you bring

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of proficiency (EFZ), preferably in retail.
• Enthusiasm and closing strength with a passion for mobile devices
• Enjoy working with people and strong customer orientation
• Open, accessible, and friendly demeanor
• Helpfulness, flexibility, and team spirit
• Very good German language skills; French or Italian language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in using the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
